Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Teste.no, a website monitoring service operated by Kloner AS (org.nr 996 706 354). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Teste.no provides automated website monitoring, testing, and reporting. The service scans websites you add as targets and delivers findings, alerts, and reports based on your subscription plan. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all issues will be detected or that scan results are error-free.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You may only monitor websites that you own or have explicit permission to scan.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service to scan websites without authorization.
  • Do not attempt to overwhelm target websites through excessive scanning.
  • Do not use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Do not share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.

Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

Teste.no is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kloner AS is not liable for damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to missed findings, false positives, or service downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You can delete your account from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account owner. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Oslo, Norway.
